Description

Birth Network professional members: $25 early bird registration (by Feb 20); $35 (after Feb 20); $40 at the door.
Professional Non-members $40 (early birth registration (by Feb 22); $50 (after Feb 22); $60 at the door.

The event runs from 2-5 pm for the public. (Scroll to the bottom for link to public registration)

Registered providers will arrive by 1:30 and stay until 5:30.

All professionals and speakers must be registered to attend.

There will be activities throughout the entire event in the main hall.

Pop-up Marketplace: Four vendors will have booths to sell items. Only sign up as a vendor if you have been specifically invited to do so.

Breakout sessions: We will have two workshop sessions blocks, with two concurrent worshops each time. Parent participants signed up for the workshops will leave the main hall to go to the upstairs room or the studio. Some Birth Network professional members will participate on panels in the workshops and others will remain in the main hall or attend the workshops as participants if there is space available.

Hands-on Demo Areas: The main hall will be set up with focus areas where professional will have an opportunity for interaction with parent participants around specific topics. When registering, please indentify yourself with one of the demo areas below. You will not be required to remain at this "home" demo area for the event, but you may need to collaborate on the set up of the areas - birth doula area might need a couple of birth balls and rebozos. Body work area does not need 3 hanging spines, but might want to have a massage table or two for demonstrations. Each demo area will need to be set up communally with appropriate props. Marketing your business or service: Registed providers can participate in informal/ongoing demonstrations throughout the event in various Demo Areas. There will be one communal marketing table in each Demo Area where your Business cards and one brochure may be placed. You are welcome to bring a brochure holder and/or business card holder for your materials, however, you may also want to keep cards with you to hand to people as they interact with you. There is no individual table/space for displays.

All providers must be preregisted to attend: Register as soon as possible so that your information will be avaiable for possible marketing opporunities. Register by Feb 20 to be included promotional handouts at the event. Registration fees may be refunded for missing due to a birth only.
